The Peeping Tom Brewery LI, NY, USA |
In addition to great beer, we also love cider. Most ciders we have tasted are too sweet. To get a nice dry cider, Peeping Tom uses a wine yeast to ferment the apple juice. With just a touch of residual sugars, our cider is dry and tart -- almost wine-like. Enjoy!
